    @feld @cdevroe @gme as a customer myself, I would assume anything you send to them will be used - on purpose or “by accident”. Their controls haven’t been externally audited, and their platform is very immature in terms of admin controls.

    @feld @condalmo @soc_i_ety @stux I think the only that decentralization brings us is the ability for operators with technical know how to block/silence and defederate fascists.

    The corollary is that there are more opportunities for racists and fascists to platform themselves.

    Seems like a neat idea - but can’t imagine all the support issues it’s gonna create just sitting there waiting for a junior admin or dev to click
