    if i ended up like, dying of the brainworms one day, i'd vastly prefer ppl to understand it as an exclusively neurochemical problem with no social factors than the inverse. like, i'd be fine but for the fact that there is something very clearly wrong with me. regardless of other contributors, my brain not working right is the only sufficient cause of my depression, and so 100% of the blame would be on that constitutive dysfunction

    i have many internal classifications for friends; if i like you, you will increasingly acquire titles inside my head. one of the most illustrious of these, a position which has existed for years now, is a seat on the lillian "inner council," which theoretically has the power to vote to make any decision involving lillian affairs. its rulings are binding on me, and i cannot overrule them

    however, this sort of ruling has never happened, mostly bc no one knows the council exists, and so no one has ever figured out who's on it to reach quorum. atm there are ten seats (this number has varied), but five votes are sufficient for a binding resolution because two seats—my siblings—are of a special kind because they do not meet with any other members almost ever. what is funny about this, though, is that of the eight conventional seats, six council-members have ended up with fedi accounts. so in theory a binding resolution on lillian affairs could be voted on through a fedi post

    @Mondobizarrro @SuperbSnek i am in fact talking abt yyh! which im watching bc it's a friend's fave. and i am enjoying it but the yusuke transmisogynt moment went beyond just saying something and just groping: yusuke does directly misgender her multiple times in very derisive terms, and more than that, almost exclusively (i.e. all but one hit) attacks her breasts and genitals in the fight. he also in all versions but the dub (i checked the sub and the french sub and dub, which all agree, so i think it's like this in japanese) says he would have gone easier on her if she was a real girl—ofc he doesnt attack her like he attacks any man either, bc he wouldn't exclusively attack the genitals of any male fighter

    completely fucking bonkers to see an anime lauded for having "LGBT representation" in which it "doesn't depict a trans woman as any different from anyone else" because one of the one-off antagonists is a trans woman who the main character misgenders and denigrates and whose genitals he repeatedly gropes and attacks. this is the only LGBT representation
