There's a cell phone provider where I live called Fido. They used to run ads that included the sounds of dogs eating. It was disgusting. I actually called the TV station and told them every time that ad came on I changed the channel and refused to continue watching that network for the rest of the night.

Polievre spent $50,000 to avoid debates in his leadership bid and the Conservative Party spent over $8 million in advertising in 2023 alone. Even the conservatives know he is not a good leader.

The Liberals need to get aggressive in their campaigning and excite the progressives. I've actually called their HQ in November after the election in the States to take to them about that. They said they were going to fight when the election is called, but they need to be faster.

Crawling insomnia is a good way to describe my particular form of Non-24. Basically, every day I go to bed 30 minutes later than the day before. Sometimes is speeds up and sometimes it slows down, so I can never plan more than a week in advance.

I was once put on medication that might have helped. It cost $100 a week out of pocket and all it did was slow down the crawl. That's not actually helpful.
