      I've got Non-24 hour and it is becoming very clear that I'm going to sleep through Christmas this year.

      Not having a solid sleep schedule sucks.

      @csstrowbridge I have what I've described as crawling insomnia; in that once my schedule gets off, the only way I can reset it is 2-3 hours at a time, over the course of multiple days.

      Hoping shit will be normal by Christmas eve (we have dinner at some friends).

      @csstrowbridge Oof; my sympathies my friend. My experience is similar, but it's not every day unless I screw up the schedule in the first place. So I can get a couple of weeks of normal sleep before everything goes off kilter and I have to spend a week resetting.

      Crawling insomnia is a good way to describe my particular form of Non-24. Basically, every day I go to bed 30 minutes later than the day before. Sometimes is speeds up and sometimes it slows down, so I can never plan more than a week in advance.

      I was once put on medication that might have helped. It cost $100 a week out of pocket and all it did was slow down the crawl. That's not actually helpful.
