Love to fuck up my sleep schedule so bad I snap awake at the crack of 3AM...

Not having a solid sleep schedule sucks.

AnarchoNinaWrites (anarchoninawrites@jorts.horse)'s status on Thursday, 12-Dec-2024 17:54:05 JST AnarchoNinaWrites @csstrowbridge I have what I've described as crawling insomnia; in that once my schedule gets off, the only way I can reset it is 2-3 hours at a time, over the course of multiple days.
Hoping shit will be normal by Christmas eve (we have dinner at some friends).

My experience is similar, but it's not every day unless I screw up the schedule in the first place. So I can get a couple of weeks of normal sleep before everything goes off kilter and I have to spend a week resetting.

Basically, every day I go to bed 30 minutes later than the day before. Sometimes is speeds up and sometimes it slows down, so I can never plan more than a week in advance.
I was once put on medication that might have helped. It cost $100 a week out of pocket and all it did was slow down the crawl. That's not actually helpful.
