Crawling insomnia is a good way to describe my particular form of Non-24. Basically, every day I go to bed 30 minutes later than the day before. Sometimes is speeds up and sometimes it slows down, so I can never plan more than a week in advance.
I was once put on medication that might have helped. It cost $100 a week out of pocket and all it did was slow down the crawl. That's not actually helpful.
