I loved how she followed in his footsteps and heard him admitting how much he still wants to protect her. There were a lot of lovely little scenes in the whole episode.

I think that the family is still very well-off, even though some of their major assets may have been sold off or frozen. Still, they've been accustomed to having "people" to deal with every minor aspect of their lives as well as living in a private compound, so living in someone else's space, in the countryside will be a huge adjustment!

I really loved today's show, in part because of the Vincenzo cameo. More importantly, there were a LOT of brief encounters that showed the depth of the feelings that both main characters have for each other. They were subtle and lovely. I especially loved the scene of her crossing the bridge into her newly divorced life, while watching the commuter train that she took with her sweetheart, enjoying the sunset. #kdrama

I would have loved to see him and his family to get away and heal together but that was the whole point that drove him to such a terrible choice. While he was under police investigation, he couldn't have left the country and he was committed to so many huge projects that the financial penalties were impossible to cover, as soon as his image was tarnished. Not only that but his wife's career would have been adversely affected. She would likely also face crippling penalties.

Oh, I hear you! I really appreciated #LeeSunKyun in #CoffeePrince. After his murder, I watched #MyMister and felt like I really got to know him intimately as he portrayed his character SO eloquently, almost entirely through his facial expressions and posture.
I'm so distressed for his widow, #JeonHyeJin, also a gifted factor, and their young sons, exiled to the US.

Oh, my dream trip will be #korea for 3-4 weeks in 2025 and I hope I'll be able to connect with various fans and residents along my journey. I can't really travel with anyone for more than a handful of days but I love meeting up with folks wherever I go! I've been sticking pins all over a Google map and adding assorted locations to a spreadsheet to see where I can get to. Hoping that language skills and flexibility will make it affordable. I also found #TempleStay as a cool option!

Since I don't really read nonfiction, I'll suggest a topic that's fascinating to me: Neuroplasticity!

At this point, I'm not feeling too curious to read webtoons or novels although that could easily change as I get more immersed in #LanguageLearning and cultural curiosity. I hope to take a long trip to Korea in spring/2025 so I'll want to have adequate reading skills to decipher signs and menus, which seems realistic.

That will be a lot more challenging unless you have experience reading in those languages. I'm excited to be able to read more than a word at a time in #hangul

Reading is an ability and an interest that never really disappears, it just ebbs and flows with whatever else is going on in your life! I've gone under 10 some years and hit 50+ the last couple of them. Be patient, and if you haven't already done so, explore different modalities like audiobooks
I've adjusted down my reading goals for 2025, due to my intense new interest in #kdrama. I'm still absorbing narrative, but in another form.
