I disagree w/your assessment of her as a Trump voter, though.

He's right, we really need to fix this. With or without Congress.

The rules have changed. The old assumptions no longer work. You cannot mistreat Black men, and expect them to vote for you. That no longer works. You will be able to tell if Harris has a chance to win in 2028, within 90 days of her being sworn in on January. Harris is much smarter than Biden, so she (probably?) won't make the same mistakes that Biden made in his first 90 days. I'm not telling you what I want to happen. I'm telling you what's going to happen. And this isn't a debate. 6/6

...unless I either open-source pretty much my entire stack or negotiate my own license agreement with Redis?

    Is that the picture?

«our long-standing partnership with Microsoft will continue to support organizations...»

So... I'm not up to speed. Do MS and Redis have an explicit (formal) side agreement that has MS shipping $$ to Redis and Redis declining to sue under SSPL? (Like, "Redis licenses Redis to MS under these specific terms, etc. etc.")

Because, otherwise, wouldn't SSPL also apply to MS?

And if I, as pee-wee cloud services offerer, use Redis, am I SOL...

    Quote toots.

Not because I'm not afraid of being dunked on, but because it's so commonly requested by the folks I'd really like to see more of On Here.

Also, I'm pretty sure it can be done well.

Ok, but the elephant in the room is masto, unless maybe we get QTs into the protocol (I think). Including the ability to take down a post that's being shamed, if the poster so desires.

Well, ok, then. Living in the now: ok. Accepting depression or long covid or crushing educational/medical debt is "beyond scope", as some folks say.

I'd be happy for conservatives to forget.

(Don't get me started on "progressives" for whom mainstream Dems aren't left enough. Those folks don't really care who wins b/c they'll be fine either way.)
