      This is really bad, and we’re going to see a wave of overt discrimination against LGBTQ people. It’s legal now.

      @shantini It’d be bad enough if it was just lgbtqia people, but this decision, along with the “colorblind” college admissions, really takes us back to the 1950s. Any place can exclude any group for whatever reason. No Jews allowed, no Irish allowed, no blacks allowed, etc. As long as it meets some nebulous standard of “against my beliefs”. Discrimination is legally back.

      @tarheel

      •Everyone• needs to remember that next time around.

      I got so much shit from “never HRC” people on Twitter who refused to seriously contemplate the possibility of Roe getting nixed.

      I’m listening to anybody who actually took the danger seriously and acted accordingly.

      @inthehands

      I'd be happy for conservatives to forget.

      (Don't get me started on "progressives" for whom mainstream Dems aren't left enough. Those folks don't really care who wins b/c they'll be fine either way.)
