Well, ok, then. Living in the now: ok. Accepting depression or long covid or crushing educational/medical debt is "beyond scope", as some folks say.

  @tarheel @tokyo_0 I don’t think the Tikstagramers read a lot of Eckhart Tolle but I recommend. Look not everything he says/teaches is great but his take on living in the now is pretty good
