#LibreOffice#foss#opensource#freesoftware I have a serious question. Will LibreOffice offers ever be a product with batteries included regarding grammar and spell check on a high level? I know that we have a very good spell checking, but I was wondering if there's ever something planned to have a really working grammar and style checking tool like languagetool out of the box.
The first time I went to FOSDEM, I was constantly explaining what F-Droid was to people who never heard of it. I was introducing it and promoting it.
Second FOSDEM, people said "oh yeah, I heard of it, what does it do?"
Third FOSDEM, people said "I'm a user!"
Fourth FOSDEM, I listened to people tell other people what F-Droid is, and heard groups of people talking about it as the app store that everyone in the group had on their phone.
Are there any #freesoftware / #opensource projects that have some easy wins if they just had a little extra time? I have a lot of leeway with how I spend my work time (well, it varies wildly week to week, but most afternoons I do have a little time).
I'll have to think strategically about my skillset and the needs of my customers, but I'm not going to limit the type of project folks can reply about in any way, because someone else might want to help out in that way.
