@ophiocephalic @jdp23 @tokyo_0 @misc @dalias @darnell I wholeheartedly agree that I want more buy-in for democratic fedi practices.

I also want people in charge to make decisions for me! E.g., I don't want to debate and vote on every single blocking decision.

What I do want is democratic accountability, and, for important issues, debates/votes.

Also, I'm for group governance (when feasible), rather than all the weight of an instance (or project) on single individuals.
