This also my opinion on this so far. I also have to eyeball it and there aren't any guidelines here. Well, there are EU regulations regarding hosting, but I don't want to pay a fucking lawyer to get a likely correct answer on how hosting sites in US while being a Czech and EU citizen actually works. I doubt that law of the land applies, but whatever and my hosting options would be OVH or Hetzner. Both are bad in many ways.
