Just to clarify how it works in Czechia regarding this.

There is no law that says drawn images of something that naked children = CSAM. Quite the contrary, drawings are protected under freedom of expression. Which as far as I know is very similar to what the situation is in USA. A legal grey area that depends on the interpretation of a court. And since now there is a _single_ case where some groomer (I think) got arrested and feds found lolicon on his electronic devices as a "side-effect" of the arrest (meaning he wasn't arrested for holding lolis, feds didn't even know about that), but the court ruled that those drawings should be treated like real CSAM and it was prosecuted as such.
