Ah. So, to be clear, I think it's a bad idea to call it this. It might qualify under some countries' laws, but the law is (ideally) intended to reflect reality: it doesn't create reality. I don't really like those drawings, but drawings are drawings: "an actual terrible thing happened to an actual child that has to live with it" is a very different thing than "a guy drew an anime girl with a giant head".
