It's fine, our servers only POST for 5 minutes, it totally doesn't take like a minute for Linux to recognize all the disks, of course it doesn't take another 10 minutes for all the services to fully start up and it totally doesn't sound like a jet is taking of outside the mostly office filled building. All while everyone is trying to work. There's a reason why maintenance is done either late in the evening or on weekends.
