They're almost all puppy mills to some extent, and I'm certainly not going to extend positive assumptions onto one that literally slaughters puppies for nipping. Don't think you can get much more "poor conditions" than intentionally killing baby dogs as part of your business practices right? About the only part I don't know enough about is the rate they're pumping out the soon-to-be-shot puppies at.
