Bullshit they wouldn't, puppy mills are typically heavy on supply and any puppy that would lose them revenue (like with a return, which they'd have to say it isn't suitable for x/y home) as opposed to selling other stock without having to warn anyone is a loss. The vast majority of breeders do not give a single shit about animals past how much they can make from them.
