Wet brain is basically where your brain has turned to mush and you still act and sound drunk when you're not and your thinking is all foggy and weird. People get that way when they power drink for like 40 or so years and they're in their 50s or 60s. Never seen a younger person with wet brain. Wet brain usually includes where their nose is all red and swollen and bumpy
