Both my parents are/were allergic to hydros & oxy, so they go straight to Dilaudid 😬 Mom hates taking anything, but knee replacement, then cancer pain... apparently methadone steps in vs Dilaudid for chronic management. All sucks. I've only taken minimal oxycodone post-surgery.

I hear decent things about kratom, for sure. I like rhodiola & siberian ginseng for energy. Ashwagandha at night.
