    Isn't that the current behavior? Unless the activity is so malformed it's not json anymore, I believe it gets put in the queue and the remote server receives a 200.
    https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/-/merge_requests/3782 - queue for deletes is already the lowest priority, plus there's been a patch that immediately drops them before getting into federation pipeline if the actor sending themis unknown to your server.

      This will prevent a user with a large number of posts from negatively affecting performance of the outgoing federation queue if they delete their account.
