it's pretty clear that stephen harper should be resisted and if they've already elected an opposition government with power over their legislature to resist him, then the government should actually respect the will of the people
but on the other
south korea is still dealing with a pandemic and now is not the time to be out in the streets, generally

but i don't know enough of what's going on there to fully appreciate the situation
