- Embed this notice@EmoIsDeadAndSoAmI @aetios @mia though like thinking about it, I had long hair for most of my childhood, and didn't try to act "masculine", I didn't feel the need to prove myself to anyone. and yet I don't think it's about femininity or masculinity in someone's character, simply the ability to stand up for yourself and protect your dignity from cheap attempts from horrible people to take it away from you, because it's lacking in them and they need something to feel good about. I had that because of good parenting, and so I never had any problems with people not respecting me. problems arise with me being different, and others not being trustworthy at all. I'd try to be friends with a lot of people and be stabbed in the back by most of them. it's not a male thing it's just a piece of shit thing.
