I don't know exactly where these other nations came from (some have speculated that Noah's 3 children ended up being the main 3 races - I don't know exactly, we will find out when we can ask God himself) but isn't Genesis 7 exceedingly clear that it was a global flood... over all the earth, all flesh died, everything under the whole heaven, and only Noah and those in the ark survived?
