It doesn't have to be actual "feds" infiltrating. They can just approach someone already in there and ask them to become an informant. Now depending on what they do as far as activism goes (I'm not really sure besides march around) there may not be much to "inform" on. Also, as far as entrapment goes it's a lot harder if your targets are informed on those tactics.
