royal@Aslanmane and @ned , I can't speak for @fu , but I want to recognize while there is plenty of reason to resent exploitative landlords, I trust that is not the situation with you and yours. Landlords can be fair to their tenants, even partners with them; they can take care of and improve their properties and make things better for their communities, not worse. May charity prevail.
