There are no separate instructions for creating a female or male arm, stomach or nose
There are no separate sets of instructions on how to create male and female genitalia and reproductive organs.

The "default" set of instructions will create female reproductive organs and genitalia.
But if a Y chromosome is there it will intervene & suppress some of those instructions & modify them so a male has a chance to exist instead of a female..

The only chromosome that makes the male male is the Y Chromosome so that means all other chromosomes must exist outside of that & are there4 of female origin.
The female exists without the Y & is solo but THE MALE CAN'T go it solo just with his Y as he cant EXIST WITHOUT the X

Females are the original sex from which males are just a deviation & if there was no Y Chromosome the male would automatically develop into a female as nature had intended

& the Y Chromosome acts as a body snatcher & interrupts the birth of a female & suppresses that which would otherwise create a female & it takes the female form, rejigs it to accommodate itself & hey presto u have the male?
