The sentencing is ridiculously unequal, even when in the exact same circumstances just swapping the sexes around. But criminals, at least the ones that get caught, tend to be lower IQ and that's more common in males IIRC. We have a higher standard deviation so we get more geniuses but more retards, women are just more average.
