I guess the new thing is to advertise SFW pics on instagram, twitter, and then link from there to your own private Telegram group or website where you post the NSFW pics and videos. As for the big sites, like PornHub, unless you have government ID and registration for all performers in the videos, you can forget about getting approval. I guess the sites are all scared of lawsuits if people upload illegal shit
