not long ago, I had a billing dispute with a healthcare provider. I scribbled notes down on the bill the first time I called; after I got jerked around, I made detailed notes for each call. unknown supervisors kept denying me relief. eventually, I emailed my complaint – with my detailed call logs – to several email addresses and it was resolved in a day. lol
