   not long ago, I had a billing dispute with a healthcare provider. I scribbled notes down on the bill the first time I called; after I got jerked around, I made detailed notes for each call. unknown supervisors kept denying me relief. eventually, I emailed my complaint – with my detailed call logs – to several email addresses and it was resolved in a day. lol

     Good point. It can be helpful to jot down some notes immediately after those discussions to have some sort of record if needed.

     @ai6yr Just be aware that some people only interact via voice so that there isn’t a record of the conversation such as text or email. This is not unusual with some people in DC and it could be very frustrating when I worked with them.

     Okay, determined I need to call the project manager for my house rebuilding via voice... does not respond to texts, but does respond to phone calls. Also need to check in with him every few days as he neglected to communicate some information to me but volunteered it up when talking to him via voice. (Managing the project manager 🤨).
