Half the reason I prefer things to through a court is to show legitimacy of the legal and justice system rather than allow rumors of injustice to poison people. Degenerates are often leftists so it will look like you're targeting political enemies. This is an awfully niche point to care so much for, because if we actually had a functioning justice system we wouldn't have to worry about these people abusing and running wild.
