If you're so sure if your 100% PURE BAVARIAN PHENOTYPE that you feel the only way to preserve it is to have kids with your literal first cousin or sister for genetic purity purposes, I think your priorities are out of whack even if logically consistent. There is a higher chance of birth defects because you double up on recessive traits. Complimentary immune system can have issues as well from histone protein interactions. But those are risks you either don't care about, don't believe, or you're too degenerate and choose to ignore. Alternatively, you could try... Not having incest.
