The reason they’re so invested in “safety” measures for these AIs to the tune of not letting you produce big titted anime girls or “problematic” texts is because if they don’t have top-down control of how they’re used, it’s over for their media monopoly that they rely so heavily on to control populations. Right now people feel obligated to stay on their Xbox Live tranny plantation because they don’t have the budgets to make their own shit. But that will change when vision, not skill, is the filter.
