I seem to now have a rat problem since the snakes are gone. Am attempting to bring a small number of snakes back and a large angry cat. Will keep you posted.

The large angry cat has been defeated by what can only be described as a Rat King. The house has been decimated with nothing left but a few studs and the fireplace. I will be selling the property as-is now, with a disclosure on the sale documents that the Rat King may still be lurking about. The good news is that the snake problem is again taken care of.

We decided to burn it down to rid ourselves of the capybara that had mysteriously infested the house. If you are interested in purchasing an empty lot, please let me know. The charred outline of the house is still there, along with some capybara skeletons, but the Rat King is no longer, which is the good news.
Unfortunately the snakes have returned. We will consider discounting the property for what can only be described as a curse discount, since after the fire we discovered an ancient stone with a curse chiseled into it and inexplicably, blood flowing from the letters. I think it said something about if you build a duplex the curse will be lifted. Please advise.

We did not anticipate that by filling the lot full of garbage that we would invite more rats, but the rats seem to be controlled now by the significant hawk population that we've bred. They are quite aggressive, so you may or may not want to purchase hawk insurance if you are still interested in the property.

I'm afraid the property has now completely disappeared off the face of the planet. We came home to find nothing but a black space, like a void in the universe, nearly drove the car into the void. If the property returns at some point we'll contact you, but for now we are seeking answers with a local Shaman.
