We've now turned the property into a very successful landfill/daycare. We did not anticipate that by filling the lot full of garbage that we would invite more rats, but the rats seem to be controlled now by the significant hawk population that we've bred. They are quite aggressive, so you may or may not want to purchase hawk insurance if you are still interested in the property. Jun 19 at 6:39 PM I'm afraid the property has now completely disappeared off the face of the planet. We came home to find nothing but a black space, like a void in the universe, nearly drove the car into the void.
