Carly, you may be interested to know that the house is now gone. We decided to burn it down to rid ourselves of the capybara that had mysteriously infested the house. If you are interested in purchasing an empty lot, please let me know. The charred outline of the house is still there, along with some capybara skeletons, but the Rat King is no longer, which is the good news. Unfortunately the snakes have returned. We will consider discounting the property for what can only be described as a curse discount, since after the fire we discovered an ancient stone with a curse chiseled into it and inexplicably, blood flowing from the letters. I had some realtor text me unsolicited a few years ago, trying to steal some property. Fucking flippers. Anyway, just for my own amusement I occasionally text them to update them on the property, see if they are still interested.
