Am attempting to bring a small number of snakes back and a large angry cat. Will keep you posted. Oct 5, 2022 The large angry cat has been defeated by what can only be described as a Rat King. The house has been decimated with nothing left but a few studs and the fireplace. I will be selling the property as-is now, with a disclosure on the sale documents that the Rat King may still be lurking about. The good news is that the snake problem is again taken care of. I had some realtor text me unsolicited a few years ago, trying to steal some property. Fucking flippers. Anyway, just for my own amusement I occasionally text them to update them on the property, see if they are still interested.
