- Embed this noticeIn a general sense, yes. I've spent some time looking at endocrinology studies on the ncbi over the years. Your chart is fairly descriptive of the hormones and they related enzymes that are involved in conversion. The question is the rate of conversion, sometimes direction, location, sometimes triggers (see below), and half-lives / elimination.
Hormone production can also be regulated by the pituitary via a feed back mechanism, e.g. gonadotropins and testosterone, so you can shove as much chosterol in as you want, if your pituitary or testicles are fucked, your gonna have a hard time.
