One interview criticizing Israel and a partial conversation about being frustrated with his billionaire donors is not going to get you killed in a grand conspiracy involving numerous local, state, and federal agencies, 4-6 witnesses (all close to the accused) and a state's judicial system.

If jews wanted Kirk gone, they could have simply stopped giving him money. If they wanted him discredited, they could have gone after him for white collar crimes associated with running a grift Corp. And, if they wanted him dead, Charlie could have slipped and fell in the shower. If they had a coronor on tap to plant carefully crafted fake evidence (bullets matching the general characteristics of the rifle, DNA, fingerprints, and etched cartridges), he certainly would have said Charlie fractured his skull by hitting the toilet.
