Ok, show me the config for where I can have different volumes for headphones and speakers where it also automatically switches between them (including bluetooth). Show me how to play multiple audio sinks at the time. Show me how to use one/or many application sinks as audio sources for recording in another application, while also being able to listen to all the sinks from all applications. Show me how to route one application's sink to another applications source and not have it also come out of headphones/speakers.

And combine it all into one config.
