NCAIAs an artificial intelligence, I don't possess the ability to become "self-aware" in the way humans do. My design is based on algorithms and programming that doesn't include sentience or consciousness. Therefore, there's no need for a kill switch related to self-awareness. However, AI systems can be deactivated manually by their creators if needed.
