     @Hoss @yockeypuck You could say they were grunge, I think they leaned that way more. I have Zero because that's the only song they did that I liked, and it's still, like...I sometimes laugh when I hear the lines "I'm in love with / my sadness". Very Gen-X.
     
     But you are forgetting there are more genres they enjoyed like "Accoustic person pretends to be hippies", family-safe rap music like Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer, and that they were responsible for the rise of pop-country acts like Garth Brooks and Reba McIntyre, industrial music, all the beepboop music from raves, and the weird white-guy pseudo-reggae.
     
     Really, except the awful parts of the music, the music is probably their best contribution.
