it wasn't students. They were all activists. I did my own research and asked someone who had been there. All that bullshit made it so *they* couldn't actually learn.

calling them "students" already eats half the lie. just call them communist agitators.

@sickburnbro There’s also the largely forgotten context that dozens of bombings were occurring per week in America at that time. The people planting them were radicalized primarily at colleges.

@dibiase yes. The simple fact though is that they weren't students that were supposed to be at that university. They were the original bussed in activists, and that alone shows bad intent.

@sickburnbro there's a fair bit of evidence that the first round was fired by a provocateur on the protester side and the national guard thought they were returning fire too. But nobody wants to say that out loud because the narrative is too useful to communists.

@Marakus because they were young people on a college campus so the media could "be misled" that they were students

@sickburnbro When I was a student, I was worried about getting food, money, sex, studying, and being prepared for exams. How do "students" get the fucking time to do activism?

And they probably majored in some soft humanities type shit. I've never seen an engineering student who had time for BS.

@Marakus @sickburnbro The most politically active students have probably always had rich parents.
