Yup, sounds legit. Governments are run by fallen men. Fallen men do immoral things. Unfortunately, our republic only works if moral men run it and hold each other accountable (impeachment). I don't disagree with the supreme court, but the issue is congress itself is as corrupt as the executive branch and unwilling to hold themselves or the executive acountable.
