     I don't really share that same libertarian outlook, but it's not hard to identify cases where helping is just hurting everybody who isn't a total lost cause. We do that in some respects already, a wino who hasn't stopped drinking and will never stop drinking doesn't have an ice cube's chance in hell of getting a liver transplant, because why the fuck would you put him over anybody else who needs a liver?
