     Nick's second settlement hearing was today, but it was a closed-door session held in the Judge's chambers.....so no reporting on what happened or what stipulations the prosecutor offered as a plea deal.
     
     But a short while later, a date for a plea hearing was posted. It looks like Nick has bent the knee to the Gub'mint, and won't be taking it to trial. The plea hearing scheduled for Jan. 24, 2025 should be in open court, and Nick will have to stand before the Judge and admit to all his failings.

     Kayla's motion to have the search warrant thrown out has been DENIED.
     
     Nick's lolyer tried to argue that the video of his May 21st coke stream was inadmissible because it wasn't the original, and was instead a reupload by Cog.....and therefore could have been altered.
     
     Kayla's lolyer tried a different approach, and tried to make the argument that the video was just Nick "acting" like he was coked to the gills.....either way, the Scandanavian incel prude Judge Wentzell wasn't having any of it.

     Looks like nothing happened in court today. A Farmer was there, and he said Nick, Kayla, and Steel Toe April all showed up to the court room, but the Judge never came out.....and then after a while they all left. It was posted on the Farms that a new settlement hearing date has been set for December 17th.
     
     It looks like the hearing for Montegraph's defamation suit against Nick is still on for tomorrow. But I'm not sure if spectators are allowed into that one.

     There doesn't seem to be anything new out of Rickity Rackets the Rail King. He's been Reply-Guying on twitter and in some other streamer's chats, but hasn't done any streaming himself in the last 4 or 5 weeks.

     Steel Toe Aaron turned himself in early this morning and had his arraignment a little while ago. He received an unconditional bond of $75,000.....Nick and Kayla's unconditional bond was $50,000 each, and I think April's was $20,000. LOL.

     Oh no.....the gunt is on twitter (and apparently inebriated going by all the misspelled words) challenging Steel Toe Aaron to a boxing match at Aaron's gym at 10 pm tonight (in about another hour).      So Ethan Ralph doxed Steel Toe Aaron on the gunt's Telegram account a couple days ago.....posting Aaron's home address and a street view picture of Aaron's house.
     
     Aaron is a possible witness for the prosecution in Rekieta's criminal case. Ralph was in court to support Nick, then he posted a picture of he and Nick together, after they all went out for lunch. The Gunt may have just committed witness tampering/intimidation of a witness. LOL.

     Looks like today's court hearing was fairly short. As I understand it, Rekieta's lolyer's main points of contention were:
     
     - April Imholte possibly said some damning things that were caught on the cop's body cam that the defense wants thrown out. I think the consensus is that April will have to be called as a prosecution witness for that part of the body cam to be entered into evidence.
     
     - Any video of Steel Toe Aaron's livestreams where he talks about Nick having and using cocaine should be thrown out because......Nick and Aaron really, really don't like each other.
     
     - The version of the May 21st cokestream that the police watched before getting the warrant wasn't an original copy streamed on Nick's Rumble or Youtube channels, but was a re-upload that was put on Cog's Backwards Internet Youtube channel.....and therefore could have been edited or tampered with.

     LOL. Ethan Ralph gets approached by a fan of Steel Toe Aaron outside the courthouse in Minnesota this morning. The Aaron fan asks if he is Ralph, and the Gunt says, "I'm not Ethan Ralph".....denying the name his daddy gave him !!!!
     
     Then the fan says that they won't let Ethan in the courthouse smelling like alcohol, to which the Gunt denies that he's been drinking. It's a little hard to hear cause the James Bond theme is playing on Ralph's TTS while they converse.

     Ethan Ralph is on twitter saying a supporter sent him $500 to pay for an airline ticket, so that the Gunt can fly to Minnesota and go to Nick Rekieta's court hearing next Wednesday.
     
     I just checked, and the courthouse where Rackets is supposed to appear is only about 125 miles from Mister Metokur's house.....we may yet still get the Battle of Jim's Driveway.

     Yeah, his arraignment was just live streamed a few minutes ago. Judge said the drug charge had a maximum fine of 25 years and $500,000......The judge gave him a $50,000 bail.
     
     ETA: Also, the judge he was assigned is Judge Fischer.....that's the local judge he has talked a lot of shit about over the years. I believe that's also the judge that has been hearing the defamation case that Montegraph has going against Nick.
