   Nick's second settlement hearing was today, but it was a closed-door session held in the Judge's chambers.....so no reporting on what happened or what stipulations the prosecutor offered as a plea deal.
   
   But a short while later, a date for a plea hearing was posted. It looks like Nick has bent the knee to the Gub'mint, and won't be taking it to trial. The plea hearing scheduled for Jan. 24, 2025 should be in open court, and Nick will have to stand before the Judge and admit to all his failings.
