I'm stuck on hold.
Knowing their customer service is slow and shitty, they offered me a choice of music. "Nothing" wasn't an option apparently, and now they're abusing me with shitty Xmas music compressed to bits by the phone system and screeched at me.
This is abusing customers. Especially since the reason for the call was they lied. They showed up, didn't give me valuable (to me, at least) thing, and then marked it delivered.
I was pissed. Now I'm FUCKING LIVID AND DISREGULATED!
