     I wake up at night choking on it sometimes. My mouth will be full of it. Its messed up a few of my teeth. I have gotten infections in my gums what will travel into my sinuses and ears.

     So this is my 4th pregnancy where I've puked all 9 months and it's best to rinse with water or mouthwash and wait to brush. Brushing immediately can actually brush the stomach acid INTO your teeth and that's not good. Thankfully I haven't had any damage to my teeth, I visited the dentist two months ago for a cleaning. But right now I also am puking every time I brush my teeth. It's a freaking battle.

     Use baking soda instead of toothpaste.

     Baking soda will neutralize the acid.

     I just had to start on Pepcid to help with my acid reflux. I was choking on acid and puking too much because of it. Tums only help so much

     My baby discovered the finger puppets and loves to bring me the rooster. I taught the baby it goes "Bock bock" but my 3 year old gets mad and corrects me that roosters go "cock a doodle do"
