  0 down loans are a horrible idea anyway. With mortgage insurance the monthly payment goes up by 10-15% and if you barley qualify anyway, by the time you pay the house off something major will break and you'll have to do a HELOC to fix it.

  Plus i want to say the minimums on FHA are like 500 or something absurdly low.

The YT'er made comment that he was one of the happiest and proudest accounts in collection for the longest time. He was in collections for almost a decade and would gleefully answer collector calls boasting that his home was purchased on the credit card and there was simply nothing they could do- he knew it, and they knew it, he won.
